I am moving from my Williamsburg home and looking for someone to take over the lease!
My landlord is super cool and this will be a transfer of the lease, he’s totally flexible if you can’t stick around like yours truly.

The apt is a LARGE one bedroom, with an approximately 1100 sq foot backyard with gardening boxes, a patio set and grill included. Easy place for a couple.

It’s located at Bedford and N. 8th on N. 8th, so you’re just slightly away from the hectic noise on Bedford, but conveniently around the corner from the Bedford N.7th stop off the L.

Shopping, dining drinking and more on Bedford and surrounding.

Apt is currently $1570, I think the landloard is raising rent for new tenant slightly, but it remains rent controlled!

*** The apt is FULLY FURNISHED and I would love to sell (for a super discount) any items within including a couch set, a bedroom set, a huge beautiful squared bookshelf, media cart and TV set, kitchen hutch, brand new natural area rugs, and more. As my friends will attest, I am super clean, and barely in the apt. It has been empty for the past 4 of 6 months.
