American Association Of Independent Music ("A2IM")- Operations Coordinator position opening

Operations Coordinator for non-profit trade organization / Full Time Opportunity; Salary $30k-35k annual based upon experience + benefits

American Association of Independent Music ("A2IM"; www.a2im.org) is seeking a tech-savvy individual with excellent organizational skills for Operations Coordinator opening.

Job responsibilities include light bookkeeping, website and contact database management, office & supplies management, and assistant to the President duties. A can-do, flexible attitude is a must.

Proficiency in the following areas preferred but not required as long as the person has the aptitude and is willing to learn:

· HTML Code / Constant Contact messaging

· Basic Website Management

· QuickBooks and/or Peachtree

· Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Workweek is Monday-Friday, 9a-6p. Position includes some business travel, health benefits, and 3 weeks vacation/personal days.
