I am advising a new music-focused start-up called MyRockstar (www.myrockstar.com), founded by Tickle.com co-founder Rick Marini (Tickle sold to Monster.com for $100MM in '04). They've been in private beta since the Spring and are gearing up for a launch in September. They're angel funded, have serious investor interest, yet are still a small team in a great office space in Union Square in SF.

They're looking to add a two more engineers to the team before the outside money comes in. Specifically, they're looking for folks who *love* to write code, are great communicators, have done start-ups before, and ideally, who are passionate about music.
