Entourage Talent Associates, a boutique international music booking agency
is looking for an assistant to the Vice President. This individual will
assist with all responsibilities involved in the booking of live
engagements, including but not limited to: answering phones and taking
detailed messages, drafting contracts, drafting and sending out of artist
itineraries, general correspondence and follow up with artist managers and
buyers, filing and other general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable working in a small
office and have prior office experience and an interest in the live music
industry. Prior booking agency experience is a plus. Individual should be
comfortable with working under short deadlines in a fast-paced, hard working
environment. Individual should also have strong written and verbal
communication skills, fluency with Internet based research, MS Office and
Filemaker.
