Part-Time Assistant – Los Angeles
We are searching for a positive, lively, energetic, outgoing person 
interested in assisting and providing support to the Executive 
Recruiters in our Los Angeles office part-time.
Are you interested in finding and facilitating great career 
opportunities for people? Hungry to succeed and able to work in a high- 
paced, but professional environment? Are you highly organized with the 
desire help support the administration side of the creative 
recruitment process? Do you like keeping up with trends in fashion, 
design and creative industries?
This position requires a multitude of skills and creative thinking, 
and the desire to have a bit of fun! We are looking for a part-time 
assistant to work directly with our Senior Consultants to research, 
source and identify new candidates for our clients. Responsibilities 
will also include day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering 
the phones, scanning documents, updating files, and helping manage the 
office. All of our recruiters are passionate about the industries they 
recruit for so you must have a strong interest in design, 
architecture, home decor, fashion, luxury goods or beauty. 20 hours 
per week, flexible with days and times. PAID (depends on experience)
Answering phones and greeting candidates
Keeping office databases up-to-date
Setting up candidate interviews internally
Internet Research
Miscellaneous office duties
20 hours/week commitment
Experience needed:
Min. One year administrative experience at creative company or current 
college student (graduating seniors/recent grads only!) with strong 
organizational skills and administrative skills.
Strong internet research skills needed as well as being technically 
Interest in design, fashion, beauty or other creative industries 
A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task with ease.
