Sublet Oliver's flat in Brooklyn NY in July

Subject: Sublet my sweet studio apt in Greenpoint/Williamsburg July 5 - July 18

Hello everyone - I will be out of town for a large portion of July and would like to sublet my place to either friends or friends of friends.

i'm about a 6/7 minute walk to the graham ave. L stop. and about the same to the Nassau G. super quick to get into the city from the L...probably about 10 minutes-ish to union square.

i'm looking for $550 (incl. utilities/wireless - no tv) for that 2 weeks...

there's tons of bars and restaurants on graham ave a block away or if you walk the opposite way down Russell the McGolrick Park is like 2 blocks away...and you know...tons of stuff in Greenpoint...

If anyone is looking to hang in New York City for a few weeks during the summer, this is a great and affordable place to spend that time!

I will be asking for a deposit for anyone interested that is not a friend (or friend of friend...)
