The Online Sales and Operations (OSO) team keeps Google growing and profitable. The role: Account Manager, Google Affiliate Network
As a Google Affiliate Account Manager (AM) you are responsible for effectively and efficiently growing Affiliate Marketing Programs for Advertisers across a book of business. You will work with Advertisers to understand their online acquisition objectives, develop strategies to successfully deliver performance-based advertising results, and identify areas of optimization. In partnership with your Advertisers, you will extend your clients' reach to new consumers by building strong media relationships with key publishers. As your Advertiser's Affiliate Marketing channel expert, you will handle all aspects of program management from goal planning and publisher recruitment to analysis and program optimization. You will simplify the complex performance-based media landscape for your Advertisers by bringing to bear best practices, negotiation skills, analytical approaches, and problem-solving capabilities. Seamlessly, you will work with a variety of internal functions to set your Advertisers up for success and exceed your Advertisers' objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Growing Advertisers' Affiliate Marketing programs via the Affiliate Publisher network in alignment with the Advertisers' channel objectives.
* Evangelizing your Advertisers' value proposition across the Publisher network and nurturing a pipeline of productive publisher relationships.
* Optimizing against key program levers, including relationships, incentives, placements, and policy, to yield effective return on your Advertiser's media spend.
* Leading and coordinating all operational aspects of an Advertiser's account, including planning, ad trafficking, invoicing, publisher communications, incentive design, and program optimization.

Skills

* BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
* At least four years of agency experience (media side preferred) or relevant internet marketing experience.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Self-starter and independent thinker, but passionate about collaboration.
* Comfort in data-driven marketing analysis.
