Digital Billing Coordinator- Initiative
Essential Responsibilities:
• Input vendor invoices into Invoice tracker upon receiving.
• Sort vendor invoices by client and dispurse to appropriate biller.
• Mail hard copy client invoices as directed (Monthly)
• Update Invoice Tracker will all billing and payment information.
• Label and file client campaign folders and invoices.
• Scan invoices as needed to send to Omaha for processing.
• Assist Digital Billers as needed in discrepancy resolution.
• Assist Digital Billers with entering of invoices into the AdBuyer
program for processing.
• Scanning ATB’s and Invoices into department files.
• Other Administrative functions as needed.
Job Specifications:
• Good phone ethics/communication skills are necessary in dealing
with both outside vendors and agency personnel.
• Bachelor degree in related field preferred or equivalent work
experience
• Media billing experience is a plus
• Team player attitude
• Knowledgeable in Excel and Word
• Attention to Detail and the ability to multi-task
• Donovan and Atlas experience is a plus
