Applicants need to be available for interviews in the Los Angeles Area 
the week of February 8th.
Job Description/Duties:
* Proactive thinking and resourcefulness.
* Answering main switchboard (answering of telephones, 
operation of telephone system, scheduling and coordinating conference 
* Greeting visitors.
* (must confident when dealing with A list clients)
* Be available on select
* Faxing, filing and general clerical work.
* Overseeing general operations of the office (office supply 
inventory, sort and distribute mail, dealing with building management 
should a problem arise with the office space, etc.).
* Booking travel.
* Providing support to senior management.
* Running errands for both clients and senior management.
* Anticipating problems before they become significant.
* Identifying and suggesting ways to improve current processes.
* Providing support for key business initiative/projects and/ 
or clients.
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining company 
and individual calendars.
* Assisting with materials required for meetings (copies, 
email distribution, etc.).
* Computer proficient (PC and MAC).
o Proficiency in In Design on MAC a plus.
* Assist Director of Marketing and PR with daily duties, such as
updating of company and clients websites, dissemination of stories, etc.
* Database management.
* Additional duties to be performed commensurate with the 
* Medical insurance.
* 10 days paid vacation.
